Watkins Glen State Park

When we arrived at Watkins Glen the first thing we did was have a picnic lunch.

 As you can see Katelyn is very excited about lunch...

There was a cute playground near the picnic area, so of course before we proceeded any further we had to make a stop at the playground...

Finally after getting Katelyn away from the playground we were able to go check out the Gorge Trail...

 After finishing at the Gorge we decided to take Katelyn swimming at the pool in Watkins Glen State Park.  It was really nice there.....they actually had a kiddy pool 1- 2 feet deep for the little ones and then a large, Olympic size pool as well.  Katelyn wanted to check both pools out.

She was pointing at the diving boards in this photo and kept asking if we could go on the diving board.

Water Slide Party

3 years and 7 months old

Katelyn was invited by her friend Lindsay to a Water Slide Party at her house! Needless to say she had an incredible time! We were there for almost 4 hours and had a blast. The kids had so much fun on the waterslide and playing with all the water guns and toys. We then had a cookout followed by some popsicles and treats. I wish I had taken more pictures of the entire day, but here are a few that I managed to snap.

Of course I didn't get a picture of Katelyn going down the slide, but she did go down and have fun!

The girls were having just as much fun playing in the kiddie pool with water guns and toys!

Holiday Time 2010

Katelyn had a really great Holiday!! She was excited when she woke up to see that Santa ate the cookies and milk that she had left him and of course that he left presents as well.

We opened presents and then we had a big breakfast (french toast, eggs, juice, ....)

We stayed in our pajamas and played countless games of Candy Land, Memory, Puzzles, Princesses and Doll House...

We had some hot chocolate and after it got dark we went to see Lights On The Lake.

It was a wonderful day!

Happy 3rd Birthday !!!

Katelyn celebrated her 3rd Birthday with all her friends at a really cool bouncy house place. All the kids had a blast. There were 6 or 7 huge inflatable play areas, including slides and different bounce structures. Katelyn went on every single thing and had an incredible time!
